Existing Patients    

If you have already had whitening done in our office and already have whitening trays, you are automatically enrolled in our exciting new teeth whitening program.  Once you come in every 6 months  for your regular dental checkup appointments, you will receive a Whitening Touchup  Syringe at no cost to you.

To be eligible for our Free Whitening for Life program, you must meet the following requirements: 

  • Must be 18 years of age. (or Parent’s Consent)
  • Must have a healthy mouth
  • Must keep your cleaning appointments at least 2 times per year to remain eligible. If you go beyond 7 months in between cleanings, you lose eligibility for the Free Whitening Syringe.  However, you will be re-enrolled once you have 2 consecutive cleanings on schedule within a 12 month period.

JCDS Surprise Shopping Spree

 

Just Before Christmas, Dr. Holmes surprised the JCDS staff with a Surprise SHOPPING SPREE. “Fake Patients” were scheduled. At 10:00 a.m., Dr. Holmes surprised everyone and announced that there were no more patients for the day, but that they were being taken to the Plazas to go shopping. There was one condition, all money had to be spent on themselves. They were not to buy for their kids, spouses, or family. This day was for them. We had a BLAST!

The Basics Of Implant Dentistry

FROM COMMON THINGS LIKE WEAR AND TEAR, TO TRAUMA OR DISEASE, some adults have experienced permanent tooth loss. Regardless of the level of loss, oral discomfort and/or a lack of confidence are the common results.

Of course, permanent tooth loss is something Dr. Holmes and our team do their best to prevent. However, it isn’t always possible. The good news is, there are some beautiful and highly functional solutions available at our practice.

Implant dentistry is not new, although from its original origins in the 50’s it has come a long way. Initial discoveries came when scientists learned how to fuse bones with titanium, making natural bone support possible. Today, this original discovery is used by Dr. Holmes  to copy the root and tooth system that your mouth naturally has.

Implants are first placed within the gum line. Then, they are given 3–6 months healing time to ensure complete and proper fusion. After the implants have healed, the custom crown, bridge, or dentures can be placed. After this placement (unlike traditional dentures or bridges) the solution is much stronger and long lasting, giving you the confident smile you desire.

As with most dental procedures, dental implants begin with a consultation with Dr. Holmes  to help with any questions you may have and give us a chance to create a custom-tailored plan that best meets your needs.
